Wandsworth Fitness Boot Camp


Peak XV Fitness run outdoor fitness bootcamps for local ladies in SW London. They have been operating in Wandsworth for nearly three years now and have helped several dozen women lose weight and get fit. Led by trainer Chris Hines, Peak XV Fitness run 3 sessions per week focusing on aerobic fitness and body weight exercises. The sessions are an hour long and burn around 700 calories per workout. It’s not strange for clients to lose several pounds in weight in their first month at boot camp. Steve, who is also a qualified nutritional therapist, who also provides all of his members with a monthly healthy eating plan to ensure they lose weight safely while on the course.
