Peak XV Fitness run outdoor fitness bootcamps for local ladies in SW London. They have been operating in Wandsworth for nearly three years now and have helped several dozen women lose weight and get fit. Led by trainer Chris Hines, Peak XV Fitness run 3 sessions per week focusing on aerobic fitness and body weight exercises. The sessions are an hour long and burn around 700 calories per workout. Our New Blog

Welcome to our new blog about our fitness boot camps. We have a location in Reading and another one in Wandsworth, London.

Our boot camps cater mainly to women and we aim to get people fit and healthy in under 6 weeks.
Each location has multiple sessions per week and depending on the membership members are encouraged to get to as many sessions each week as they can.
